The following information is usually required during the loan process:
Copy of driver's license
Last two years W-2's
Last two years 1040's
Last two years business taxes for self employed
Award letter for retirement/social security/disability, if applicable
Bank statements for the past two months
Investment account statements for the past two months
Retirement account statements for the past two months
Current pay stubs or, if self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
If you currently own Real Estate:
Copy of your mortgage statement for all liens
Home insurance policy informaiton
